The location was great and excellent, just a few steps away from the old town. We took a comfort quadruple room with central heating, a work desk, and TV. - the staff were affable. - An exceptional breakfast was provided.

Lovely small and well renovated venue, marvellous location close to restaurants close by, tourist area and city center and river Iller, liked our stay.

The breakfast was exceptional. the hotel is centrally located near restaurants and shops, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. the place was fairly clean.

Friendly. Well placed for exploring the historic town. Bicycles for hire. Trains and buses from the town to the Bavarian alps.

The hotel was comfortable, nonetheless I stayed for 1 night only. There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing table in the rooms, which made them quiet and ideal. The location was great and brilliant, relatively close to Burghalde. It was across the good area: D

The location was perfect, right next to Lutzelburg. There were nice restaurants and shops just off the hotel. - the triple room we stayed in was fine with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I expected coffee tea, cereal & toast but got eggs, sausage, cheeses, cold meats, yoghurts, pastries. In short a full German Breakfast of the first order.

The specially adjustable beds were unable to go soft enough for my wife's liking but I enjoyed the mid-range firmness and slept very well.

The location of Cityhotel Kempten is particularly good, close to the city center, a large mall, bars, restaurants.

Welcoming, clean, typically German in style, fabulous breakfast, town centre near to shops, restaurants etc all in walking distance.Drinks, internet, books and magazines available at any time. Luggage left after room vacated and Taxi to station ordered.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with salmon and freshly squeezed orange juice, and the room was immaculately clean, with a decent bathroom.

We had a really comfortable stay in this traditional hotel. the staff members were all attentive and outstandingly accommodating. - the venue had a lovely location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Neuapostolische Kirche. - You could walk to a mall and a supermarket. - Food was brilliant and restaurant was absolutely nice.

The breakfast had an excellent variety. the unit was impeccably clean with a comfortable decor. - the hotel is located close to Forum Allgau Kempten Shopping Mall.

This place has a great location in the area at all times of the day, and the double room we usually stay in is comfortable and perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at Cityhotel in Kempten. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the Christmas market, making it easy to explore the town. The owner/receptionist was friendly and multilingual, which made communication effortless. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The on-site breakfast was delightful with homemade jams and dried fruits. We also appreciated the free parking and the availability of Wi-Fi in our room. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Kempten.
